Services We Offer

COURT- MANDATED DWI SCREENING:
Testing Process using one or two OASAS approved screening instruments (questionnaires). It is used to determine if your drinking patterns are safe, risky or harmful. Average Time: 30-45 minutes Average Fee: $ 75
COURT- MANDATED DWI ASSESSMENT:
An In-Depth Interview that includes psychosocial assessment, physical and mental health history, and alcohol and/or substance use history. Average Time: 1 or 2 sessions Fee: $175 - $300 (depending on individual circumstances and time spent on assessment)
NYPD - VEHICLE SEIZURE- DWI EVALUATION: Average Fee $ 250.
DWI EVALUATION: 
      (DS-449 Form) and Out-of-State Evaluation: Average Time:1 or more sessions. Fee: $ 250 and up. DWI TREATMENT PROGRAM:  
          Sliding Scale Fee Schedule. Day / Evening / Weekend Hours. 
ALCOHOL and SUBSTANCE ABUSE EVALUATION: 
           An In-Depth Interview and Screening . Average Time: 1 or more sessions. Fee $ 250 and up. 
ALCOHOL and SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT, ALCOHOL EDUCATION, DRUG EDUCATION:
We will make an effort to develop an individualized program tailored to address you specific issues and to fulfill requirements of your treatment or/and educational mandate. 
Day / Evenings / Weekend appointments are available to accommodate your schedule.   
Sliding Scale Fee Schedule. 
ANGER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM:
14 - 26 sessions. Sliding Scale Fee. Day / Evening / Weekend appointments.
OTHER SERVICES FOR OUR TREATMENT PARTICIPANTS:  
          Psychiatric Assessment or Evaluation by Board Certified Addiction Psychiatrist If Needed.                      
DOT SAP Services
SAP - Substance Abuse Professional who evaluates employees who have violated DOT drug and alcohol regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing and after-care (49 CFR Part 40).
